The proposal to exempt small companies of quarterly reports should include debenture issuing companies (TheMarker 7.3.2016)

In an article to TheMarker magazine, Adv. Amichay Finkelstein, partner and heads the firm's Capital Market practice, reviewed and comment upon the Israel Securities Authority draft proposal to change the Securities Regulations and cease the mandatory requirement regarding publication of quarterly reports with respect to small public companies – companies that their market cap is up to NIS300,000,000.

Adv. Finkelstein claim that alongside the significant relief granted to small public companies, there is a rising imbalance, with respect to small debenture issuing companies, that may damage the Israeli Capital Market.
