Adv. Eldad Koresh referred to Prof. David Gilo Resignation from the Antitrust Authority
In an article published in The Marker magazine Adv. Eldad Koresh, Managing Partner and Head of the firm's Commercial Department, referred to Prof. David Gilo's resignation from the Antitrust Authority. Prof. Gilo resigned after his objection to the compromised agreement that the government intends to adopt for the breakdown of the natural gas monopoly. According to Adv. Koresh, in the last four years as the Head of the Antitrust Authority, Prof. Gilo achieved important decisions, some of which had a serious impact on the Israeli economy. Adv. Koresh added that the resignation will seriously harm the economy and will increase uncertainty which already exists.
